Our customers require precise, versatile large machining centers for increasingly complex machining tasks with increased productivity and reduced downtimes and reclamping times. Our machines in the Vertimaster VMG, VME, VT, VM, VMT series solve these tasks with flexible system technology and sophisticated detailed solutions. Processing heads with CNC-controlled swivel axes are part of the basic equipment, as is the head and tool changing system using the pick-up method. Our round rams in particular guarantee a high degree of technical flexibility when machining complex workpieces, such as when milling deep surfaces with a small plunge diameter. High-performance round and rectangular rams make it possible to calculate the machining time with maximum machine utilization; lengthy changeover times are no longer necessary. Special attention is paid to the customer-specific modular solutions; they offer optimum adaptation to the machining of the desired workpieces.
